Our program includes the integration of music, movement, art and nature. We use Remo
HealthRHYTHMS empowerment drumming at camps and after school programs. The movement element
includes YogaKids, Tai-chi, African dance, or aerobic dance. Art projects are led by certifiied art
teachers, and might be wearable art, creating percussion instruments, using natural media or creating
mandalas. Nature walks or field trips are accompanied by master naturalists. All four elements work
